India : The fastest growing economy

          Finance minister, Arun Jaitley says India is the fastest growing economy. Its growth rate rose to 7.5% in February, 2015 and to 8.9% at present. He announces that Indian tertiary sector has recovered and has become the harbinger of hope                                                                          .
